10/10 for service, pricing and stock. Friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble when you walk in. I have always spoken to staff who are genuinely eager to help keep my WW2 Jeep(s) on the road for ANZAC day and throughout the year. My customer service experience was very positive and I would highly recommend Autobarn Capalaba to others.

The guy who looks after me for car audio is a whizz, he clearly knows his product and the Pioneer system he had put together for my yacht absolutely cranks! I cannot remember his name but id like to thank him for the excellent service and advice....the other boat owners in the marina are either dancing on their decks, or plotting my denise hehe

i have been a loyal customer for many years but i have noticed a steady decline of customer service . the lady's are very helpful but the men there are very average in customer relations and product knowledge. i have put up with the declining service due to the fact that i could finish work and zip around there to get parts before they shut , 5.30 pm . i went there this afternoon to purchase some items only to find a piece of paper tacked to their door stating their "new" trading hours . 9 am to 5 pm . not acceptable . repco next door shut at 5 so i never do business with them . in disgust i walked across the road to supercheap auto who were still open , bought my items , for the same price , received excellent service and left there a happy chappy . i mentioned to the the lady behind the counter what had happened and she stated that quite a few customers had made the same comment and thanked me sincerely for my custom . autobarn [ and repco] missed out on $185 worth of sales . i will be going to supercheap from now on as i will support a business that supports their customers . i have no reason to ever visit autobarn ever again and i have no intention of doing so . point of interest , when i use to go in just before closing time there usually was quite a few customers in the store . i bet they are using supercheap as well .

A well stocked store in a good position. Has everything you'll ever need for your car or ute. They cover a range of services as well. Car sound is a big one. The do installations of any system you choose. Any tool you're looking for they keep. If you're wanting to spray paint your car or touch up areas of your bodywork, they can supply the right colour. For compressor work as well as aerosol cans. Friendly, helpful staff. Good quality too.
